Admin: added the "Sabotage Improvement" option to Influence. This particular trick lets you sabotage a construct to stop your opponent from using it. Useful if you want to prevent your opponent from launching strikes from that airfield.

Admin: Added the "Cutter" light ship. Cutters are weak in combat due to lack of ECM or multiple batteries, but have Point Defenses to help protect large ships from barrages

Admin: Made a couple mechanics changes you all should be aware of. First off, the integration bonus for being in the same system as your capital is now +3 instead of +1. Additionally, colonies start at 1 integration.

Admin: It is now also possible to invade a capital, just incredibly difficult to do so.

Admin: Revising a few rules in the hopes of getting things actually moving. Change 1: Exploration no longer finds star systems. Instead, systems are "discovered" intermittently and available to everyone.
